Get creative with our plant-based workshops to expand your Vegetarian and Vegan culinary horizons! The focus on making incredible dishes for lunch and dinner – so you can be plant-powered for every single meal.

Recipes we are likely to include:

Curried Potato and Spinach Gnocchi with Spiced Tomato and Red Lentil Sauce
Butterbean Pate with Oatmeal Bread
Sweet Potato and Courgette Lasagne
Roasted Celeriac in Rock Salt
Butternut Squash Falafels
Krispy Kale and Pomagranite Salad
Vegan Meringue

The food this evening will be delicious and never a weak substitute for those that do not eat meat. With more and more people seeing the benefit of being Vegan and Vegetarian.

We will start the evening off with a citrus and ginger power shot before watching Daren demonstrate an array of delicious dishes finishing off with everyone sitting around the Chefs table to enjoy the foods demonstrated.

You will leave us with a variety of skills necessary to understand how to cook delicious Vegetarian and Vegan food.

Expert teaching and advice, using standard home kitchen equipment the class is informal so Daren welcomes lots of questions and interaction.

Prices are £55 per person for a glass of Wine or Bottle of Beer whilst watching the Demo and 2 glasses of Wine or bottles of Beer with your meal.

If your celebrating or fancy the Wine or Beer to flow all night then the price is £65 per person.
