Using Robert Welch knifes we will teach you all the tricks of the trade so that you can understand how to use your knife to best advantage.
We will show you the best method to keep your knives razor sharp, as well as show you how to use a traditional sharpening steel. Bring along your favourite knifes and Daren will assist you in sharpening them for you.
To finish the night enjoy dishes prepared throughout the evening accompanied by a glass of wine.
